张英杰,女,19639月出生,黑龙江省双鸭山市人,中共党员,教授、博士,博士生、硕士生导师。2004遴选为昆明理工大学博士生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴专家。曾任昆明理工大学副校长,曲靖师范学院校长,云南民族大学校长,现任昆明理工大学校长

1980-1987年在哈尔滨工业大学应用化学系学习,1987年获应用电化学专业工学硕士学位。1987年开始在昆明理工大学化学系任教。1999年获昆明理工大学有色冶金专业工学博士学位。1999年破格晋升为教授。1997-1998年在英国曼彻斯特理工大学(UMIST)腐蚀与防护中心作访问学者。

从教二十余年来,一直工作在教学科研第一线,长期坚持本科教学,承担无机化学等多门化学系列基础课程以及研究生课程的教学任务。2005年获得云南省高等教育教学成果一等奖,排名第一;1995年荣获云南省第二届高校青年教师课堂教学比赛一等奖;1992年荣获云南省第一届高校青年教师课堂教学比赛二等奖
  
科研方面,主要研究方向为应用电化学。主持并完成国家科技部、教育部、云南省政府、省科技厅等省部级科研项目17项,现主持省部级科研项目7项,作为主要参加者参与完成省部级科研项目8项,主持完成昆明市市校合作项目2项。出版学术专著2部,发表学术论文70余篇,被SCIEI收录19篇,申请国家发明专利23项,其中18项已获授权,获省部级科技奖励6项。在合金电沉积、复合电沉积、稀土电沉积、矿浆电解等基础理论研究方面有着独到的见解,所研发的新型锌基合金清洁电镀技术等科研成果已经在生产中应用,主要应用的厂家有:云内动力集团、昆明市小哨金属电镀处理有限责任公司、鸡西电缆桥架厂、航天部239厂、兵器工业部121厂、航天部139厂、航天部159厂、哈尔滨化工二厂等。2013年获得中国有色金属工业协会技术发明一等奖;2011年云南省“十一五”科技计划执行先进个人;2007年被评为云南省高等学校教学名师;2006年被遴选为云南省有突出贡献的优秀专业技术人才;2005年被授予“云南省中青年学术和技术带头人”称号;2003年获云南省自然科学二等奖;2002年被聘为国家科技进步奖及国家技术发明奖(金属材料方向)评审专家1998年获云南省科技进步三等奖。
